BMC provides classes in many locations and/or on site if the need is great enough.
Aside from that, I get the feeling Control-M is completely new to your company? In which case planning your policies and standard should be your first priority, as well as sticking to them (amending where and when necessary).
Yahoo has a user group called control-x that can also provide answers to your questions. They're a good group of people that are patient and willing to help where possible.
